Terms and Conditions.

It is agreed that these terms set out herein is the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless agreed to by both parties in writing. 

  1. Workshops and tours are charged either in full, on the day of booking, or as stipulated in the individual workshops' "Booking and Notes" section.

    Should the participant wish to cancel their participation in the workshop at least 28 days before the workshop date, then the participant is entitled to a 50% refund.

    Should the participant cancel their participation within 28 days of the workshop date, then the participant is not entitled to a refund.

    All cancellation requests are to made in writing, by email, to:

  2. The participant will receive an email confirmation of their workshop booking, along with an invoice and a confirmation of received payment thereafter.

  3. reserves the right to make adjustments and amendments to any itinerary of any workshop. However if the amendments are such that the participant will be impacted, then the participant will be contacted and notified of the changes. The participant then has the option of:

    -> Accepting such amendments.

    -> Booking an alternative day or workshop.

    -> Requesting a refund of any monies paid.

  4. All wildlife workshops and tours involve working and being confronted with wild animals, outside of the captive environment, hence a degree of flexibility and understanding is required. Wildlife is unpredicatble and there are no guarantees that any species will show up at a specified location.

  5. does not accept any responsibility for the loss of, or damage of any items or personal effects owned by the participant.,Furthermore, does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense whatsoever, that the participant incurs. Any such losses are solely the responsibility of the participant.

  6. Although the safety of the participants is paramount, and all precautions are taken, does not accept any liability for death, physical injury, illness or any other harm caused to the participant during any workshop.

  7. The participant agrees to keep wildlife workshop locations confidential in order to protect the wildlife from unnecessary pressure.

  8. The participant agrees not to return to the locations visited on their workshop(s) for the purpose of promoting their own workshops and/or tours.

  9. The participant is not permitted to disclose locations visited on their workshop, this includes mentioning locations on social media.

  10. The leaders and guides of reserve the right to stop any workshop, if they feel that the behaviour of the participant(s) is, or could have, a negative impact on the wildlife. In this situation no refunds or future workshops will be offered to the participant.

  11. By paying for the workshop the participant agrees to all of the above Terms and Conditions.
